Hello Yoga Friends- Well summer yoga classes are done and the fall classes are just around the corner- 
There will be 11 weeks of the Monday/ Tuesday and Friday Classes and 10 weeks of the Wednesday classes.
In Person classes are $12.00 for Tuesday evening and Monday and Wednesday are $12.50 – and drop in classes are $15.00
A class needs to have at least 6 students  registered to operate-  rates have been based on last years registration
Session Prices are:
  • Monday In person  $137.00  and zoom  $100.00
  • Tuesday In Person Only $132.00
  • Wednesday In Person $125.00 and Zoom $100.00
  • Friday Zoom Class  $45.00 Special Price  ($55.00)

Class Description:
1. Monday Ball classes: Need a yoga mat and a stability ball 
  • It’s best to have your own ball
  • I have a pump to add more air to the ball as needed.
  • This class will focus on balance and core strength
2. Tuesday Yoga class: –  yoga 
  • Bring your own mat, strap and blocks- some blocks and straps are available in the hall
  • Chairs are available if you need them-
  • Bring water, eye bag  and a blanket or towel for Savasana ( suggested Items)
 
3. Wednesday Stretch and Weights yoga:
  •  Bring your Mat, block, strap and weights 2-3 lbs
  • Connective tissue stretching, weights for Arms  and yoga
4. Calming Friday Yoga: 
  • This class is slower moving, focusing on our breath- we have a word for the day and an affirmation with each class and a mudra- yoga for your hands.
  • Classes can be done on your mat and using a chair.
