πΏ East End Yoga β End of Fall Newsletter πΏ
Hello Dear Yogis,
Well, we missed September β blinked, and boom β it was gone!
Now weβre deep into fall, even though these warm, sunny days still feel like summer.
π Fall Classes
Weβre well into our fall season of yoga, and Iβm happy to share that we have six participants signed up for the Ball Yoga class β it starts tonight, October 6th, 2025!
Itβs been a couple of years since weβve offered this specialty class, and Iβm excited to bring it back.
The website has been updated with the full fall schedule.
Note: There will be no classes on October 14 & 15.
β Community Connections
To kick off September, a small group of us ventured down the Grand River and enjoyed a lovely lunch cruise. The day was filled with music β a lively fiddling band called Blazing fiddlesΒ β and a craft market that made for some fun shopping. It was truly a spectacular outing!

π§ Special Note β The Breath
Our breath is our most powerful tool β always with us, always ready to bring us back home.
When life feels busy or the mind feels scattered, take a moment to pause and notice your breath.
Inhale calm, exhale tension. With each conscious breath, we reconnect body, mind, and spirit β returning to that quiet space within where peace lives.

Save the Date β Next Coffee Meet-Up
Our next coffee meet-up will take us up the escarpment on Concession Street to Incline Coffee β
π Thursday, October 30th, 2025 β 10:30 AM
Please note the new date and new time!
We can carpool from the church parking lot. Street parking is available for $2.00 per hour. Incline Coffee is located across from Rosieβs Burgers and next to the Pink Shop β The Parlour. The space is unique β four eateries in one, known collectively as The Town Hall.
Take a drive or a walk and soak in the fall colours β after all, Fall is my favourite colour! π
With gratitude,
Darlene
